E36 Steering Rack Stops (Pair) Lock Limiters

Wider wheels and tires often have clearance issues with the steering at full lock. Steering Rack Stops limit steering travel at full lock to avoid tires rubbing on inner fender liners, silicone brake hoses, and other components in your wheel wells. These spacers slide onto the steering rack and reduce steering travel by approximately 20mm. These are designed for use with the E36 M3 tie rod locking plate (wider than non-M lock plate). New M3 lock plates are included. Stops are color-coded, black for driver's side, white for passenger's side. Steering turns lock-to-lock are reduced with this kit installed but steering ratio remains the same.
